U10/U11 Weekly Training Plans

The weekly training plans provided with PLAY.ADVANCE.FOOTBALL are a great way to ensure that your team is consistently developing their skills.

The plans provide structure and guidance for coaches to follow, which can be especially helpful for those who are new to the sport or who may not have access to an experienced coach.

Additionally, the plans are designed to be age-appropriate and tailored to the skill level of the players, which ensures that they are being challenged at the right level and making progress.


💡 How to use them:


To give you a feeling for the training planning and emphasis, you will find here a periodization of the content.


You are free as a trainer to repeat a session more often. However, it is important that each focus is trained at least once per half-series by you with the team!


The weekly focuses are then also the content that describes your main coaching in the competitions!

So, if in one week the "right free running" has been worked out individually and the "playing the opponent" has been group tactics have been worked out, these are the two clues for your coaching in the competition!


Each training week typically has two training sessions.

The first session focuses on the behavior of the individual players. No blanket and team coaching! It is about the decisions and behaviors of the individual.

The second unit has a similar content. Here, however, it is then about the cooperation of several players - the "group tactics".
