Joscha Balle
Nothing is faster than the development in modern soccer. But I try to be at least as fast. My ambition is to make the latest theoretical and sports science findings usable for you and to bring them directly onto the pitch.
I love the work on the pitch, the playful interaction with children and young people. At the same time, I know that the demands nowadays are very high and successful youth work requires professional thinking at all levels.
That's why I founded ADVANCE.FOOTBALL with Ralph and Sako in 2017:
Our professional, easy-to-implement offers and measures open the door to using the latest tools and methods for sustainable successful youth work.
I previously worked for clubs like FC Bayern Munich, TSG Hoffenheim and the German Football Association DFB.
Sabahudin Mislimi
I know amateur and professional sports and professional youth work in theory and practice.
I found my place on the sidelines as a youngster. Since then, I have consistently developed in terms of content and methodology and today I offer you professional input and expertise for your successful youth work.
The framework of my work: to bring practical knowledge and theoretical basics together on the field! As a head coach of numerous youth teams, as a coach of countless coaches and as a speaker for the DFB and the WFV, I have become thoroughly acquainted with the practice from all sides. My studies in sports and applied training science provide the theoretical foundation.
Marian Littel
I am the first youth coach to go through the full ADVANCE.FOOTBALL coach training.
In the beginning I was a substitute player and now I am a versatile regular player in the ADVANCE.FOOTBALL team:
You can find me behind the camera, in social media & of course on the field. Like my teammates I gained experience as a coach in different age groups & as a student in the lecture halls of sports science faculties.
Kwadwo Twumasi
As a former professional soccer player and a youth soccer coach, I bring my expertise as both the player and the coach. I’ve played for various youth academy teams in the United States Youth Soccer system in the state of Georgia. After gaining knowledge and experience, I furthered my soccer career by playing in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), North American Soccer League (NASL), professionally in Romania Liga 2, and later in the Verbandsliga in Germany.
I joined ADVANCE.FOOTBALL in 2021 after meeting the founders during their coaching seminar 2 years prior when I was a volunteer assistant coach for the U-10 team of VfR Mannheim.
I’m happy to bring a different perspective to the team based of my knowledge and experience going through a different youth development system such as U.S Youth Soccer and playing the beautiful game of soccer in different countries.
Torben Welsch
Since early childhood I have been addicted to soccer and my dream was to work in the field of soccer at some point. In 2022, I finally made this dream come true and became part of the ADVANCE.FOOTBALL team.
In addition to my work at ADVANCE.FOOTBALL, I am studying dual sports economics at the German University of Prevention and Health. A perfect combination to deepen my passion for sports and also to understand it in a competent and profound way.
As an active player I got to know many different coaches, exercises and methods and I am convinced that there is countless potential in children and youth soccer. As part of ADVANCE.FOOTBALL, I would like to help tap into that potential and take the next step in children's and youth soccer. Let's shape the future of soccer together!
